You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age to register and maintain an active account on gula77. Accounts opened by underage individuals will be closed and funds returned after verification.
All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, and GoPay are processed under Indonesian banking hours. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification.
All promotional bonuses are subject to rollover (turnover) requirements before withdrawal. Bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or use of prohibited strategies will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.
Each individual may hold only one active gula77 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and subject to permanent closure. All balances across duplicate accounts may be confiscated pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. gula77 will not be liable for any unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately at [email protected].
You are required to keep all Account information current and accurate at all times. If your details change — including your phone number, email address, or bank account details — you must update them promptly through your Account settings. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account suspension.
gula77 operates under an international regulatory framework that mandates Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. KYC verification is a prerequisite for processing withdrawal requests.
You will be asked to provide the following documents when initiating your first withdrawal or when our compliance team flags your account for review:

Deposits made via local bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically credited to your gula77 Wallet within 5 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (08:00–21:00 WIB). Deposits made via e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are generally credited instantly. gula77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party banking infrastructure, public holidays, or scheduled bank maintenance windows.
You must upload proof of transfer (a screenshot or PDF of the bank transfer confirmation) through the deposit confirmation page in your Account. Failure to upload confirmation may delay crediting. gula77 will not be liable for any losses resulting from delayed deposits where confirmation was not submitted.
Currency Notice: gula77 operates exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Deposits made in any foreign currency will not be accepted and will be returned to the originating account, minus any bank processing fees incurred during the return transaction.
To be eligible to withdraw funds from your gula77 Wallet, you must have completed KYC verification, have no pending bonus rollover obligations on the funds you wish to withdraw, and have a minimum withdrawal amount meeting the threshold displayed in your Account dashboard.
Withdrawal requests submitted during WIB banking hours (08:00–21:00 WIB) on regular business days are processed within 5–30 minutes for BCA and BRI transfers. Requests submitted outside these hours, during Idul Fitri, or during other Indonesian public holidays will be queued and processed on the next available banking session.
All withdrawals must be directed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your verified gula77 Account. gula77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. If the name on the destination account does not match your KYC-verified name, the withdrawal will be rejected and returned to your Wallet.
gula77 does not charge a platform fee for standard withdrawals. However, your receiving bank may apply its own inter-bank transfer fee (typically Rp 6.500 per transaction for non-same-bank transfers). This fee is the sole responsibility of the Member.
Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply based on your Account tier and verification status. Current limits are displayed within your Account dashboard. Members seeking higher withdrawal limits may apply for a VIP tier review by contacting our support team.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by gula77 are subject to rollover (turnover) requirements. The specific rollover multiplier, minimum odds, eligible game types, and expiry period for each promotion are stated in the individual promotion's terms page. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term prevails for that promotion only.
Bonus funds credited to your Wallet must be wagered the specified number of times before they — or winnings derived from them — become eligible for withdrawal. Real-money funds and bonus funds are tracked separately. Withdrawal requests submitted while bonus rollover is incomplete will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus balance and any associated winnings derived solely from bonus funds.
gula77 actively monitors for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering exclusively on high-odds outcomes with the sole intent of meeting rollover requirements while minimizing risk; opening multiple accounts to claim the same welcome offer; using arbitrage or matched-betting strategies funded by bonus credits; or colluding with other Members to manipulate bonus completion.
Consequence of Bonus Abuse: Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all pending bonuses and associated winnings forfeited. gula77 reserves the right to permanently close the Account and decline any future registrations from the same individual.
gula77 reserves the right to restrict the availability of specific bonuses to certain Member segments, geographic regions, or account tiers. A bonus offered to one Member is not automatically available to all Members. gula77 may modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with or without notice, provided that ongoing rollover obligations for already-claimed bonuses are honored.
All sports bets placed on gula77 — including bandar bola (football bookmaker) markets such as Asian Handicap, 1X2, Over/Under, and mix parlay (accumulator) combinations — are subject to the specific rules of each market as published on the bet slip at the time of placement. BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and Champions League markets follow the rules of the respective governing bodies (PSSI, UEFA, FIFA). Bets on Timnas Indonesia fixtures follow PSSI/FIFA regulations.
A bet may be declared void and the stake returned to your Wallet in the following circumstances: an event is cancelled or abandoned before completion of the minimum required playing time; a market was made available due to a technical error that resulted in clearly erroneous odds; or the relevant governing body reverses the official result for reasons unrelated to the normal course of the sporting contest.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gula77 Platform. Any Member found to have engaged in any of the below may have their Account suspended or permanently closed, with all balances withheld pending investigation:

No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gula77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
gula77's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
gula77 makes no warranty that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service during periods of scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or third-party infrastructure failures.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gula77 holds its international gaming license.
In the event of a dispute between you and gula77, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. Our customer service team will endeavor to resolve all complaints within 5 business days. If a resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable international arbitration body designated by our licensing authority.
Nothing in this clause limits your right to seek urgent injunctive or declaratory relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where delay would cause irreparable harm.
